Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. Your primary role will be to identify and engage with restaurants and takeaways that could benefit from our services. You'll introduce them to our solutions, highlighting how we can boost their online performance and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect Identification: Research and compile a list of potential clients not yet utilising delivery platforms effectively or struggling to maximise their online presence. In most cases this will be provided to you already.

Client Outreach: Contact prospective clients via phone, email, or in-person visits to present Blue Fork's value proposition.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers.

Consultative Selling: Understand each client's unique needs and tailor your approach to demonstrate how our services can meet their goals.

Performance Tracking: Keep detailed records of interactions and progress using our CRM system.

Feedback Loop: Provide insights on market trends and client feedback to help refine our services and strategies.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly within the hospitality or food service industry, is advantageous. but not needed.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients professionally.

Self-Motivated: Proactive and able to work independently without constant supervision.

Results-Driven: A strong focus on achieving targets and delivering measurable results.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships.

Knowledgeable: Familiarity with food delivery platforms and restaurant operations is a plus.
