Overview


We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2C sales and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. This role requires effective communication and negotiation abilities, as well as the capacity to manage time efficiently while maintaining an organised approach to tasks. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth and fostering relationships with clients.

Duties



Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs. Present products and services to clients, highlighting their benefits and value propositions. Negotiate terms of sales agreements to ensure mutual satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts using IT tools. Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets while ensuring organisational efficiency.

Requirements



Knowledge about construction and planning permission is preferable Proven experience in B2C sales or a related field is preferred. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decisions positively. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients. Proficient in IT applications relevant to sales processes and customer relationship management. Exceptional time management skills, allowing for prioritisation of tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple accounts simultaneously. A valid driving licence is advantageous for client visits and meetings. Pay: 24,420.00-64,250.48 per year
