For us, the craft matters, the process should be fun, and deadlines should never compromise quality.
The Role
We're looking for a Freelance Sales Representative to join us on a 2-month contract to help secure our next big client or project. You'll be the one connecting us with exciting opportunities, whether it's brands, big agency briefs, or projects in the creative, music, film, or events industries.
This role is all about relationships. If you're charismatic, well-connected, and love representing a team that thrives on creativity and doing things differently, we want to talk.
What You'll Be Doing
Leveraging your industry contacts to bring in relevant leads and opportunities
Representing our studio in a way that matches our energy and values
Pitching our capabilities: visual identity, graphics assets, immersive websites, apps, web applications, and interactive experiences
Helping us land contracts that align with our creative spirit
What We're Looking For
A charismatic networker with strong contacts in the creative, music, film, or events industries (or within agencies/brands that work with them)
Someone who gets excited about non-traditional, fun, and unconventional design work
An independent go-getter who shares our belief in creativity over corporate culture
Compensation
Upfront fixed fee (based on your experience & network -- agreed during interview)
Commission: X% of any deal closed

How we measure success
We are looking to onboard 1 big client for the next 3-6 months. Our measure of success will be based on the value that client brings to Drool as well as the type of project.
