About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and customer-focused

Driver & Field Sales Representative

to support the growth of our

Care Home Pharmacy Services

. This hybrid role combines the safe and timely

delivery of medications

to our care home partners with the

promotion and recruitment of new care homes

to our pharmacy network.

You will represent our pharmacy with professionalism, build lasting relationships with care home staff and managers, and help ensure exceptional service delivery to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely and punctually deliver medications and supplies to care homes within your assigned area. Serve as the first point of contact for care home staff, ensuring a professional and friendly service at all times. Identify and approach new care homes that may benefit from our pharmacy services. Present our service offerings clearly and confidently to decision-makers (e.g., care home managers and owners). Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships to foster long-term partnerships. Support the onboarding process for new clients in coordination with internal pharmacy teams. Maintain accurate delivery and sales records using provided systems or CRM tools. Report feedback or service concerns from care homes to the management team promptly. Promote our brand and values while ensuring compliance with healthcare and data protection standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience in

sales

,

delivery driving

, or a

customer-facing role

(experience in healthcare or pharmacy sectors preferred). Full UK driving licence with a clean record. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally. Basic IT/computer literacy for record-keeping and communication. Knowledge of care home environments or CQC regulations (desirable).
