Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth. Conduct negotiations with potential clients to secure contracts and agreements. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Prepare and deliver presentations to showcase products and services effectively. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback. Utilise IT tools for reporting and tracking sales performance. Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.

Experience

Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role is preferred. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Demonstrated ability in customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at all times. Proficient in IT applications relevant to sales processes and reporting. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Time management skills that enable prioritisation of tasks effectively. A valid driving licence may be required for client visits or travel as necessary.
