The Opportunity



We're looking for a

UK-based Sales Representative

to help bring BrandPay to ecommerce brands that are actively looking for exciting, sustainable growth channels.

This is a

modern outbound + inbound SaaS role

, selling to:

Ecommerce founders Heads of marketing Growth and performance teams
You'll be selling a product that:

Is easy to understand Has a clear ROI story Solves a real problem ecommerce brands already feel Enriches and elevates consumer lifestyle Sits at the intersection of content, retention, lifestyle, and commerce

What You'll Do



Identify and prospect UK-based ecommerce brands Run outbound via email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels Qualify inbound leads and demo requests Run discovery calls to understand brand goals and challenges Clearly explain BrandPay's ecommerce use case Close new merchants and support onboarding Build and manage your own pipeline Hit monthly activation and revenue targets
This is

not

a high-volume call-centre role.
It's thoughtful, consultative selling with short sales cycles.

What Success Looks Like



Consistently closing quality ecommerce brands Brands launching their first BrandPay campaigns successfully Strong retention and activation (not just logos) Clear ownership over your pipeline and results

Who This Role Is For



This role is ideal if you:

Have

1-4 years of experience

in SaaS, ecommerce, MarTech, or digital sales Are comfortable with outbound prospecting Can speak confidently with founders and marketers Understand ecommerce fundamentals (CAC, LTV, retention, UGC, paid social) Are self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with a global team Enjoy an annual team gathering in our Bali headquarters. Want to sell something genuinely useful, not "nice to have" software
Experience with

Shopify, WooCommerce, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, or influencer marketing

is a plus, but not required.

Compensation & Earnings



Base salary:

30,000 - 40,000 (depending on location/experience)

OTE:

65,000 - 80,000+ Uncapped upside for top performers
