Your mission




The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new customers, activating them and maintaining strong relationships with them. The role includes delivering high levels of support and service to accounts, and consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets as defined by the product segment.



The Sales Representative is part of the local sales team and reports directly to the UK Country Manager.



Arrange appointments with doctors and hospital medical and procurement teams, including both scheduled meetings and regular cold-calling. Deliver presentations to surgeons, theatre stuff, procurement and other staff in medical facilities Organize conferences for doctors and other healthcare professionals. Build and maintain positive working relationships with medical and administrative staff. Collaborate closely with the Customer Service team on price quotations, tenders, frameworks, pricing, order samples, and resolving customer issues. Negotiate pricing and finalize contract agreements with new prospects. Regularly attend company meetings, product training, presentations, and briefings. Stay updated on the latest clinical data provided by the company and effectively present, interpret, and discuss this information with healthcare professionals during meetings. Monitor competitor activities and product offerings. Stay informed on developments within the National Health Service (NHS), evaluating potential impacts (positive and negative) on the business, and adjusting strategies accordingly in collaboration with the Country Manager. Remain up-to-date on local healthcare services and work with the Country Manager to develop effective business plans for targeting key contacts and increasing sales.

Your profile



Education: Degree level qualification (prefereable) Experience: +3 Sales experience in medical equipment is advantageous. Familiarity with working in a surgical theatre environment is prefereable Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills in English. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and other Windows-based applications
