Sales & Revenue Manager – Cluster Support (hilton Branded Hotels)

Job Description

We are a growing hospitality group operating three successful Hilton-branded hotels. As our portfolio continues to expand, we're seeking a Sales & Revenue Manager to join our commercial team and support our highly experienced Area Commercial Manager.

This is a hands-on, commercially-focused role offering exposure to senior stakeholders and decision-makers. You'll work closely with our Area Commercial Manager -- who brings deep market expertise -- and receive tailored mentorship to help you grow into a strategic, data-driven commercial leader.

What You'll Be Doing:



Prepare monthly strategic reports and intra-month performance updates for senior management. Help drive room revenue by analysing and optimising room mix, segmentation, and distribution strategies. Understand and respond to seasonal trends, market demand/supply dynamics, and competitor activity to improve ADR and occupancy. Identify and maximise revenue opportunities while minimising risk through detailed data analysis and forecasting. Contribute to the development and execution of annual budgets and long-term strategic plans. Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents and brand. Drive inbound sales revenue for the hotel with a focus on groups and travel agents. Coordinate with the wider hotel team to deliver exceptional guest experience during events and group reservations.

What We're Looking For:



Previous experience in a sales & revenue management role, ideally within the hotel or hospitality sector. Strong understanding of pricing strategies, demand forecasting, inventory control, and OTA/channel management. Highly analytical and commercially minded -- you're comfortable with spreadsheets, data, and trend analysis. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data to senior stakeholders clearly and persuasively. Comfortable working across departments and with senior leadership to implement change and support strategy. Familiarity with Hilton systems (e.g. OnQ, GRO, R&I) is an advantage but not essential. High level in Excel and a strong grasp of budgeting is desirable. Personable with a commitment to guest service and hospitality - comfortable taking the lead during group and corporate bookings, from initial enquiry to check-out.
