Sales, Service & Coordination Administration Support

Responsibilities
Sales Support
Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, quotations, contracts, and presentations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales data.
Process sales orders and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant.
Follow up with prospective and existing clients regarding inquiries, proposals, and renewals.
Coordination
Act as a central point of communication between sales, operations, logistics, and service teams.
Coordinate schedules, deliveries, project timelines, and resource allocation as required.
Ensure smooth handover of projects from sales to service teams.
Track and monitor progress of ongoing orders or projects to ensure timely completion.
Prepare internal reports and updates for management on sales activities and operational status.
Service Support
Provide front-line support to customers via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
Handle service inquiries, troubleshoot basic issues, and escalate technical matters to the appropriate team.
Coordinate service requests, scheduling, and follow-ups to ensure effective resolution.
Maintain service records and assist with warranty or maintenance documentation.
Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns and maintaining strong relationships.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a sales support, coordination, or customer service role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suite.
High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
