Sales & Site Team Leader
to manage daily operations and deliver excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day running of the site, including opening and closing Respond to customer enquiries in person and over the phone Conduct site tours for prospective clients Manage credit control and maintain accurate records Ensure the site is clean, secure, and well-presented Liaise with head office and coordinate staff coverage Key holder Provide occasional cover for holiday and sickness at other sites.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, self-motivated, and well-organised Comfortable working weekdays and some weekends Must have a full UK drivers licence with access to a vehicle
Training & Hours:
Initial training will take place at our and Lopen and Taunton sites until the Street location is operational. Working hours will be discussed during the interview process.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.50-13.80 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
