Job Description
Job Duties:
Store Operations:

Manage day-to-day store operations, opening/closing procedures, and cash handling - Ensure smooth running of the store and assist with reporting and security-
Monitor inventory, process orders, and oversee promotions - Lead in the absence of store owners - Supervise and train junior staff, assist with recruitment and onboarding as neededCustomer Service:
- Deliver excellent customer service - Supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service standards - Handle complaints and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure legal compliance, especially regarding age-restricted and licensed product sales - Conduct proper ID checks and uphold licensing conditions - Ensure store hygiene and safety standards are upheld
Promotions and Displays:
Implement in-store promotions and seasonal campaigns Promote products using WhatsApp, social media, and local marketing tools Offer knowledgeable recommendations to customers
Health & Safety Compliance:
Maintain adherence to health and safety regulations Keep updated with applicable legal standards for retail operations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 44,500.00 per year
