What You'll Do as a Sales Supervisor:



Take part in hands-on

sales and customer engagement

activities Support new team members and contribute to daily coaching and mentoring Monitor team KPIs and help drive individual and group performance Collaborate with managers on marketing strategies and campaign planning Deliver excellent customer service and ensure long-term client satisfaction Assist with performance tracking and reporting
