Duties
Supervise and support the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Train new team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
Monitor individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching as needed.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance market presence.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and high morale.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance for management review.
Experience
Proven experience in a sales role, with at least two years in a supervisory or leadership position preferred.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
Ability to analyse sales data and generate actionable insights for improvement.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous.
