Job Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to analyse performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Duties



Supervise and support the sales team to ensure they meet or exceed individual and team sales goals. Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge. Monitor daily sales activities and performance metrics, providing feedback and coaching as necessary. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and high levels of customer service. Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to drive customer engagement and increase revenue. Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, share best practices, and address any challenges. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to effectively guide the team.

Skills



Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a retail or sales environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions based on performance metrics. Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other relevant technology. A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities. Must have excellent communication skills in multi language, especially, Bengali, Sylheti, Hindi and Urdu and English.
