We are a small, dynamic, 30+ year old media company based in Kings Cross. This role will be part remote working and part office based (Kings Cross) when required. We are a B2B publishing and conferencing company in the education sector. Each team member is a self-starting, dedicated member of the company, creating a fun, focused atmosphere.
This role will be in our magazine and online sales team. You will be a major part of our team's success and dealing directly with our lovely clients. You will be supporting our magazine sales team with a positive and can-do attitude, helping them to deliver print media, webinar and digital sales across our products and sourcing call lists and leads and other tasks to lead to the success of the sales team.
Responsibilities and duties:
Actively manage and support all artwork and materials chasing.
Maintain regular contact with international clients both by email and by telephone
Managing and updating our CRM and spreadsheets
Updating and amending promotional materials
Managing client materials and bookings ensuring everything is on time
Liaising with suppliers such as our printing house and shipping partners
Planning, organising and posting of materials for our awards events
Researching new contacts for business development
Delighting our clients with thoughtful, fantastic service
Some, mainly UK, travel may be required
At least one day in the office per week
Requirements:
You will be professional and truly committed to being a team player
You will be a self-starter, with the ability to think on your feet and self-motivate
You will not need micro-managing and can be trusted to work your hours remotely
You will have the ability to juggle tasks, prioritise and communicate effectively
You will have the ability to learn quickly, act independently and provide accurately what is required
You will be able to provide seamless liaison between the sales team and their clients
You should have top notch client liaison skills and be able to prioritise your work effectively
You will have excellent IT skills and good knowledge of MS Office Suite with strong attention to detail
Be confident with clients and team members face to face
Possess a can-do attitude
Have perfect time-keeping
Minimum 2 years' experience in an office based administration role
Be a fluent English speaker with excellent written English skills
Have the right to work in the UK already
