The Role

We're looking for a motivated and organised Sales Support team member to assist our

growing sales department. This part-time role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and communication skills who enjoys supporting business development and client relationships in a busy, rewarding environment.

You'll be working alongside the Sales team and Managing Director, helping with day-to-day sales activities, preparing quotations, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication with clients and internal teams.

Duties

Assist in generating and nurturing new business leads through phone, email, and online platforms Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts Liaise with clients to provide updates and ensure excellent customer service Help organise meetings, site visits, and project documentation Monitor competitor activity and highlight new opportunities Provide occasional administrative support to the wider office team, along with assistance in managing social media, including content creation and posting.

Requirements

Minimum 12 months' experience in sales support, administration, or business development Strong organisational, written, and verbal communication skills Proficient in MS Office (Excel essential) Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team Energetic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable but not essential) Reference from a previous employer
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 25 per week
