We are looking for a

Sales Support Administrator

to join our award-winning team in a dynamic and growing company based in Baildon.

Use your customer service skills to help our clients commission us to design and manufacture innovative textile products.

What the role involves.



This role supports the Sales Supervisor and Managing Director with detailed sales enquiries, providing great customer service and assisting the sales team in achieving and processing orders.

Acting as a first point of contact for incoming sales enquiries.

Ensuring emails and web enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner.

Preparing and sending quotes, confirming, and processing sales orders

Maintain a competent understanding of company's products.

Managing customer databases ensuring that all data is kept up to date.

Providing administrative support in relation to all sales related activities

Scheduling and invoicing of works.

Proven experience in an administration-based role is desirable.

Location Baildon, West Yorkshire

Hours: Full time: Mon to Fri / 9am to 5pm
