About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a

Sales Support Administrator

to join our dedicated sales team. You'll play an essential role in supporting field-based packaging specialists, managing customer accounts, preparing quotes, processing orders, and helping to drive new business. This role offers

hybrid working and flexible hours

to suit your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to field sales specialists. Generate quotes and process customer orders. Liaise with the warehouse to monitor deliveries and resolve issues. Handle customer enquiries and escalate when necessary. Manage customer accounts, ensuring excellent service and communication. Maintain stock levels for call-off orders. Proactively contact new and inactive customers to generate sales. Manage general admin tasks, including phone and email queries.
Skills & Requirements

Previous experience in

sales administration or customer service

preferred. Excellent communication, organisation, and IT skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. A proactive, customer-focused attitude with a team-oriented approach.
