PURPOSE OF ROLE:



To work within the fast paced, exciting sales team. This role is predominantly administrative and includes the following key tasks; raising quotations, progressing enquiries with key suppliers, managing email inbox, update and manage CRM activities for team, liaise with other departments to ensure customer receive timely responses and any other relevant activities

RESPONSIBILITIES:



Manage and action a busy shared inbox, ensuring all customer enquiries are acknowledged and directed promptly. Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, delivering a professional, friendly, and efficient service at all times. Accurately interpret customer requirements and create corresponding opportunities within the CRM system, maintaining a high standard of data integrity and attention to detail. Prioritise and distribute enquiries to the sales team, ensuring urgent or high-value opportunities are highlighted and processed efficiently. Respond to customer queries via phone and email, providing timely and accurate information. Conduct research into customer companies and industries to gather relevant information and support informed sales decisions. Support the sales team with administrative tasks to facilitate smooth end-to-end handling of enquiries. Maintain clear communication between customers, sales, and internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
