We are looking for a reliable and organised Office sales support administrator to join our small, friendly team in Narborough, Leicester. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys a close-knit office environment, supporting the Office Manager, and wider team, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering and managing telephone queries from suppliers and customers
Producing accurate quotations for our customers.
General office administration, including filing, sales support, and document management
Maintaining and updating spreadsheets and records
Assisting our sales team with enquiries and sales leads
Supporting colleagues with office tasks
Managing spare parts orders and enquiries.
Logging warranty calls and coordinating a response.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales support and administration
Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and word
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good telephone manner and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Friendly, professional, with a proactive approach
