Sales Support Adminstrator

Northern Lift Trucks are the forefront supplier of material handling equipment in Northern Ireland, Co. Donegal, and Co. Sligo exclusively supplying and supporting Manitou and HD Hyundai equipment.

We are seeking to recruit a highly organised, enthusiastic sales support administrator to support our busy sales team.

The Sales Support administrator will assist with providing comprehensive administrative support to the Sales Department. This role plays a critical part in coordinating all back office processes related to the sales operations including order processing , inventory tracking and document management.

The Sales Support Administrator ensures smooth communication between the Sales Team, Product Support Departments, Accounts and Suppliers, while maintaining accurate records and supporting the overall efficiency of the dealership.

Key Tasks will involve but not be limited to

Ordering machines Machinery stock management Processing sales and delivery paperwork Managing warranty registrations Managing smart solutions Registering machines Maintaining forward order forecasts Assisting the Sales Director with weekly reporting

Key Skills & Competencies

Minimum 2 year proven experience in an administrative role, ideally with in the machinery, automotive or industrial equipment sectors. Strong IT skills. Competent working in both Windows based environments and dealership operating system. High level of data entry accuracy. Excellent organisation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively under strict time constraints.
We are seeking to recruit a minimum of 24 hours per week but will be flexible. The role is based in Upper Ballinderry and does not offer an option to work from home. We are offering a competitive salary and package.
