We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Manage and update customer databases with accurate and current information
Prepare sales reports and analyse data to support sales strategies
Coordinate with sales teams to facilitate order processing and delivery schedules
Handle customer enquiries promptly via email, phone, or in person
Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
Organise meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team
Support marketing initiatives by organising promotional materials and campaigns
Maintain filing systems for sales documentation and correspondence
Liaise with other departments such as logistics and finance to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
Proven experience in a sales administration or similar role is preferred
Excellent organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
A proactive attitude with problem-solving skills
Knowledge of the industry or previous experience in a related sector is advantageous
