About the role:



The Sales Support Administrator is crucial in supporting the Sales Team to maximise new business opportunities and increase additional sales from existing customers. Working closely with the Sales Team you'll provide the highest level of support through regular communication, co-ordination and accurate query responses.


Your responsibilities:



Build strong relationships and provide the highest level of support to corporate clients. Proactively promote Westfield products and provide guidance on Westfield products, Terms and Conditions and procedures. Be the first point of contact for all corporate queries for the Sales Teams and corporate clients. Respond to customer queries by telephone and email, liaising with internal departments to resolve issues where needed. Create and maintain accurate records, ensuring due diligence is performed and requirements are met. Provide quotations, working with the Sales Team to identify the customer requirements. Edit and amend quotes to meet the client's requirements. On-board new corporate accounts and manage the transfer for companies who request to change plan.

What you'll bring:



Maths and English GCSE at grade C or above or equivalent. Experience in a sales administration support role. Ability to provide a first-class internal and external customer experience. IT skills - working with office packages, remote platforms (MS Teams/Zoom) Articulate in both verbal and written communications with a good eye for detail. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to take ownership, prioritise and balance a variety of queries through different channels.
