We're looking for a proactive and dedicated

Sales Support Advisor

to join our team in Glasgow for a period of 6 months, providing remote and telephone-based support to our internal sales team and external network.

What you'll be doing:

You'll play a crucial role in enhancing the service experience for our network and the efficiency of our sales operation - making us easy to do business with!


Supporting the internal sales team and external network with their day to day activities, you'll often to be the first point of contact for questions and queries from our network partners.


Some of your day-to-day tasks will include:

Compiling reports, scheduling appointments and coordinating communications for our field-based sales team Providing 1stline technical support on all key systems Supporting adherence to FCA regulations and our compliance framework
