The Role

Engaging with a wide range of customers either by telephone or electronically Providing UK and International Sales support Resolving UK and International sales enquiries received via telephone or electronically Preparation and processing of UK and International sales quotes and sales orders Processing purchase orders for account customers Dealing with customer returns/exchanges Dealing with carrier claims Dealing with eBay orders

About you

Ability to multitask whilst remaining customer focused Ability to build a good rapport with customers Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills IT literate with the ability to show excellent attention to detail Experience of working within a sales environment A good technical ability would be ideal, however full training will be provided

Package

Annual salary starting at 24,000 5% quarterly performance related bonus Duvet Days Working hours: 37.5 Hours - Monday to Friday, alternating weekly between 07:30-15:30 and 09:30-17:30 Company pension scheme Long service awards 100% attendance incentives 28 days holiday including bank holidays, option to take an additional 5 days (following successful probation period) Increased holiday entitlement after required length of service Free on-site parking Annual Team building/Christmas party events
