The Opportunity
We're looking for a
Sales Support Associate
to be the first point of contact for our customers. This is a junior role, perfect for someone early in their career who is eager to learn the ropes of sales, customer service, and commercial operations.
Based in our office five days a week, you'll play a central role in supporting our sales team -- answering enquiries, preparing quotes, and ensuring customers move smoothly through the sales funnel.
What You'll Do
Be the voice of Homebound
- answering calls and emails, handling customer enquiries with warmth and professionalism.
Prepare and send tailored quotes
that meet customer needs and follow up to help convert them into orders.
Support the sales team
with proposals, presentations, CRM updates, and admin tasks.
Keep our pipeline moving
by tracking enquiries, scheduling follow-ups, and making sure no opportunity is missed.
Collaborate across teams
- working with operations and logistics to deliver a seamless experience for every customer.
Champion customer experience
- building positive relationships and spotting opportunities to add value.
What We're Looking For
A confident communicator with great phone and email skills.
Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Proactive and adaptable -- someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.
Experience in a customer-facing role (sales support, retail, hospitality, or customer service) is a plus, but not essential.
