To support its UK and European operations, it is looking to hire a
Client & Sales Support Executive
to work closely with Relationship Managers and Directors, supporting sales execution, client coordination, research tracking, and marketing activities.
Role Overview
This is a
multi-functional support role

This is
not
a pure sales-closing or analyst role - it is a high-responsibility support position that plays a critical role in client engagement and internal execution. There is ample opportunity for career development into a more senior sales/account management role over time for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Sales Support
Support Relationship Managers with
LinkedIn and email outreach
to prospective and existing clients.
Conduct
lead research
and maintain prospect lists.
Schedule meetings and demonstrations for Relationship Managers and Directors.
Assist with
demonstrations
/ trial ID creation
and access coordination.
Track
subscription renewals
, send reminders, and follow up as required.
Maintain and update
CRM records
and internal trackers.
Assisting team with organising regional analyst trips
Investment News & Research Tracking
Keep a broad track of
key global investment, macroeconomic, geopolitical, and market-related news
.
Flag
important developments or events
that may be relevant to clients.
Prepare
simple daily or weekly summaries / trackers
for Relationship Managers and Directors.
Support Directors in monitoring themes relevant to ongoing publications and client conversations.
(This is not an analyst role--focus is on awareness, tracking, and highlighting key items.)
Marketing & Campaign Support
Support execution of
basic marketing campaigns
(email campaigns, newsletters, webinars, announcements).
Assist in maintaining and updating
mailing lists and client databases
.
Support LinkedIn and content distribution activities (posting, coordination, basic tracking).
Qualifications / Requirements
2-3 years of experience
in:
Inside Sales / Sales Support
Client Support
Business Development
Research / Content Support
Marketing Operations / Campaign Support
Good experience with
CRM systems, Excel/Google Sheets, email tools, and LinkedIn
.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Interest in
financial markets, business, geopolitics and global affairs
.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and dependable.
Able to work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.
