We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining customer relationships and processing orders for our valued business clients.

Provide exceptional customer service

Accurately enter and manage data and orders

Conduct telesales activities

Issue invoices and handle related tasks

??Requirements:

Fluency in Mandarin and English; proficiency in Cantonese is a plus

Proficient in basic office software such as Excel, Access, and Outlook

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and efficiency

Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Experience in the food retail or student-related industries preferred

Familiarity with SAP Business One is an advantage
