Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive (UK Property Market - Chinese Segment)

Responsibilities:

Chinese Market-Focused Sales Support

:

Assist in developing sales strategies for Chinese buyers interested in UK properties. Prepare bilingual sales presentations and materials English and Mandarin. Handle inquiries from Chinese clients, offering detailed information about UK property investments. Coordinate property viewings, including virtual tours for international clients. Able to work under pressure to achieved agreed KPI and sales target.

Chinese Social Media and Digital Marketing

:

Create and implement marketing campaigns tailored for the Chinese market, leveraging platforms like WeChat, Weibo, Douyin (Chinese TikTok), and others. Develop engaging content suitable for Chinese social media channels. Monitor trends on Chinese digital platforms to align marketing strategies. Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.

Market Research and Analysis

:

Conduct market research to understand Chinese buyers' preferences in the UK property market. Analyze social media insights to refine marketing strategies and target the right audience.

Bilingual Communication and Content Creation

:

Ensure all marketing materials are accurately translated into Mandarin. Manage bilingual content on the company website and social media platforms. Engage with the Chinese-speaking audience through social media channels.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, international relations, or related field. Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese. Experience or strong interest in real estate, particularly the UK market. Deep understanding of Chinese social media platforms and digital marketing trends. Knowledge of Chinese culture and business etiquette.

Pay: From 35,000.00 per year
