Take incoming sales calls
Sales order processing
Create and distribute quotations using industry standard software
Follow up on sales leads both warm and cold
Liaise competently with both customers and suppliers
Keep accurate records and general administration
Take incoming customer service calls
Offer trouble-shooting advice over the phone
Co-ordinate engineer visits
Fully record all case details on our CRM system
Manage and track customer feedback
The successful candidate will need to possess the following:-
Have previous sales experience
Excellent communication skills
Good attention to detail
Have a confident phone manner
Ability to think on ones feet while dealing with customers directly on the phone
Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package and good general computer skills
Ability to develop strong product knowledge
Ability to develop and nurture positive relationships with customers and suppliers
Also advantageous
Catering industry knowledge / experience
Experience of Sage / CRM software
Hours of work / location
8.30 - 4.30, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays
In person at our headquarters in Sherburn In Elmet, North Yorkshire, close to Selby, York and Leeds.
