As one of the fastest growing and highest rated commercial energy suppliers in the UK, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and organised Sales Coordination Administrator, based at our office in Guiseley, Leeds.


Working within the role, you will oversee a variety of tasks whilst reporting to the Sales Coordination Team Leader. You will be required to be involved in the training and development of new starters and current members of the team.


The team will work closely with the experienced Account Managers, offering support and assisting them to meet their key performance targets. You will be asked to deliver across several key performance indicators required in the role. Whilst offering a competitive starting salary, you can also earn a performance-related bonus on top of your basic wage for hitting key performance indicators.

Responsibilities



Self-organise and prioritise a high volume of daily workflow with minimal supervision. Manage multiple email inboxes efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Oversee and assist in a variety of tasks within the role, reporting directly to your Team Leader. Conduct quality contract checks, ensuring all required information is collated before uploading to the CRM system. Perform Live & Pending Checks to ensure customers move over on the required dates. Set up gas and electricity quotes within tight deadlines, maintaining high accuracy levels. Engage with customers and suppliers throughout the post-sales process -- from requesting documentation to professionally handling objections. Handle internal and customer queries with high levels of organisation and professionalism. Assist the Sales Coordination Team Leader in processing key customer EDI's every month to exact requirements, ensuring complete accuracy. Contribute to regular team meetings, providing updates and outlining plans for the day ahead. Collaborate with the Team Leader to investigate current processes and suggest improvements. Assist in training and testing new systems within the business. Efficiently allocate Change of Tenancy Opportunities to the sales team within the required timeframe.

Ability to manage own workloads and balance priorities - works efficiently under pressure and meets deadlines without sacrificing quality. High-level problem-solving skills - able to think critically, identify issues quickly, and implement effective solutions. Strong planning and organisational skills - structures tasks, schedules, and resources for maximum efficiency. High attention to detail - ensures accuracy in all documentation, data entry, and communications. Effective communicator - confident and professional in both written and verbal interactions. Microsoft Office proficiency - particularly strong in Excel, with a good grasp of formulas, formatting, and basic data analysis. Previous administrative experience - ideally within a fast-paced environment. Industry experience (preferred but not essential) - familiarity with sales support processes is advantageous
