Sales Support Coordinator
to join our team and play a key role in our evolving sales strategy.
The Role
As Sales Support Coordinator, you'll report directly to the Trade Sales Director and provide essential administrative and operational support to the sales function. Your work will help maximise selling time, streamline internal communications, and enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Provide PA support to the Trade Sales Director
Manage bookings for hotels, travel, events, and meetings
Maintain and develop digital filing systems for commercial agreements
Generate regular performance and target reports for sales teams and customers
Track entertainment and hospitality spend in line with budgets
Maintain a competency matrix for sales team training
Create a central portal for sales policies and procedures
Design and deliver induction programmes for new sales team members
Compile and circulate report packs for sales meetings
What We're Looking For
Essential:
Experience in a similar role or industry
Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
Flexibility to work hours that meet business needs
Desirable:
Experience with Concur and/or Phocas
Willingness to attend off-site customer events
