Job Description

We are recruiting for a Sales Support Coordinator, based at our Central Support Office (Newcastle Business Park) to support our sales team.

About You!



Strong Administrative background (Essential) Strong experience of producing management reports and data (Essential) Experience in a sales function admin role (Desirable) Experience of using CRM system (desirable) Strong IT Skills Able to coach and mentor others in systems proficiency. Highly attuned communication and ability to engage with key stakeholders. A close eye for detail, ensuring governance executed well. Ability to respond quickly and positively to change. Self-assured, reliable, and able to manage own workload, prioritise effectively and work to tight deadlines.

About the Role!



Support in shaping and improving sales governance and reporting processes. Set up, maintain and develop systems, databases and processes. Ensure all processes are complied with. Ensure all pricing agreements are carefully managed through their complete lifecycle including audit trail. Manage all none compliance queries. Maintain and update master price file. Pro-actively manage existing contract documentation to ensure timely renewals. Support as a CRM system champion. Provide regular reports on business activities. Support the Bid Manager with pricing for tenders.
