From managing CRM data and preparing accurate quotations to coordinating activities across teams, you'll play a vital part in driving commercial success.

As the Sales Support Co-ordinator, you will:



Support the Sales Manager with day-to-day sales operations and administrative tasks. Coordinate sales activities and ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external clients. Prepare accurate automotive sales quotations and manage CRM data for consistency. Assist with opportunity pipeline management and contribute to achieving revenue targets. Build strong relationships across the business and with customers to ensure satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Skills & experience that will set you up for success in this role:



Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative environment.

When we work




Our standard working hours are

8:30 - 16:30

Monday - Thursday, early finish on Friday -

8:30 - 15:45

How we work




We understand the benefits of remote and in-person collaboration and therefore have a hybrid working model - you'll be expected to work from our office in Thatcham at least

two

days per week.

Our Gamston facility is one of the UK's leading sites for active safety, trialling and assessing the latest crash avoidance and driver assistance technologies.
