To support the Sales Manager and sales team by providing administrative, operational, and customer service support, while managing a portfolio of lower-demand customers and ensuring a smooth sales process from enquiry to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Sales Manager with day-to-day administration and provide holiday and sickness cover when required
Manage a portfolio of customers, handling enquiries and maintaining regular communication throughout the sales process
Respond to customer enquiries efficiently and resolve issues in a professional manner
Prepare customer invoices and process payments
Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records, including Personal Import Service documentation
Qualify and allocate incoming enquiries via Zendesk and help improve enquiry-handling processes
Coordinate vehicle registrations, IVA tests, MOTs, and related compliance requirements, liaising with DVLA and other authorities
Organise vehicle history, keys, and documentation for sales vehicles
Provide a welcoming on-site customer experience, including hospitality and agreed local customer collections
