to join our high-performing Sales Team of 5 as we scale.
About the Role:
You'll be the vital link between lead generation and sales conversion--working seamlessly with the Sales Manager to qualify leads, engage potential clients, and book high-value meetings. Your goal? Make sure every prospect is nurtured and no opportunity slips through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities:
Work in tandem with the Sales Manager to progress leads and secure client meetings
Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
Make outbound calls to follow up on referrals, leads, and cold prospects
Support the Sales Manager in the full sales cycle--from lead to booked meeting
Provide admin support including updating CRM records and preparing reports
Track and follow up on sales activities, ensuring timely execution
Collaborate with the lead generation team to align campaigns and sales efforts
Stay up to date with industry trends, market insights, and competitor activity
Assist in preparing materials and presentations for client meetings
