Full-time | Monday-Friday | From 24,000 per year

We're looking for a

Sales & Administration Coordinator

to join our growing team -- supporting our sales operation across order management, customer service, and direct dispatch/drop ship accounts.

Your Role



You'll play a key part in keeping our sales and customer operations running smoothly.
Your day-to-day will include:

Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently Managing product listings, pricing, and stock updates for key accounts Uploading product data and images to retailer systems Handling customer queries and account updates Coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues quickly Supporting the sales team with reporting, invoicing, and general admin Assisting with new customer onboarding and lead management
(Depending on experience, your focus may be more on direct dispatch coordination or general sales administration -- we'll tailor the role accordingly.)

What We're Looking For



Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail Confident, clear communicator who enjoys teamwork Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new systems Positive, proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach Previous experience in sales admin, e-commerce, or customer service preferred -- but full training will be provided
