Working Hours - Full-time, Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm (36.25 hours per week)
Salary - Up to 25,000 based on experience plus additional commission plan.

This role is based at our Great Yarmouth office and designed to provide customer service and support for our business telecoms customers as well as sales support to our retail stores.
What does the role involve?
The Sales Support & Customer Service role will support sales operations to ensure administration is maintained to a high standard as well as delivering high quality customer service across the following responsibilities:
Proactive telephone customer service and support for our business customers.
Providing administrative support to our retail stores for business-to-business sales opportunities.
Liaising with and supporting our business-to-business sales team.
Contacting existing customers for contract renewal and new business opportunities.
Supporting our retail stores on a day-to-day basis and assisting with queries.
Supporting the Cedaro in house sales team and lead generation team
Supporting clients with their Mobile Phone and Fixed Line Telephony onboarding journey's
For the right candidate there would also be opportunities to be involved in networking with customers and sales in the future.
