The Role:
As a
Sales Support Specialist
, your primary focus will be
processing client bookings
--making sure every confirmed survey is swiftly and accurately added onto our system and allocated a project manager. You'll be the vital link between a new client saying "yes" and our consultants hitting the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
Processing Survey Bookings:
Once a client decides to go ahead, you'll take ownership of the process - logging job details into our systems, and helping assign the right project manager to deliver the work.
Database & CRM Management:
Keep our systems up to date with client records, booking info, and status updates to keep everything running smoothly.
Responding to Sales Enquiries:
Handle incoming queries by phone, email, and other channels with a professional and friendly tone.
Providing Service Info:
Help clients understand our services and provide them with tailored information to support their decision-making.
What We're Looking For:
We're after someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to make an impact within a fast-paced team environment. While previous experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, customer service, etc.) is a bonus, what's most important is your enthusiasm to deliver excellent service and your ability to stay organized under pressure.
To be successful, you'll need:
Strong written and verbal English communication skills - you'll be the voice of Arbtech to many potential clients!
A high degree of computer literacy - you'll be using our CRM, email, and other systems daily.
A positive, proactive attitude - we're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment.
Exceptional organizational skills - you'll need to keep everything running smoothly and ensure no detail is missed.
