Job Role
The Sales Support role is vital in ensuring smooth order processing across International, National, and Trade sectors. This position combines administrative support, accurate order management, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to deliver top-notch service. Strong problem-solving, communication skills, and a proactive approach are essential to build positive relationships with both customers and colleagues. A proactive mindset, a sense of humour, and flexibility, especially during seasonal peaks, are essential for success in this dynamic position.
What You'll Be Doing
Provide day-to-day sales support across International, National, and Trade sectors, ensuring efficient and accurate order management.
Input, verify, and process sales orders quickly, resolving issues promptly.
Manage administrative tasks, including product setup forms, image requests, and order documentation.
Prepare labels and paperwork for warehouse dispatch to ensure smooth outbound operations.
Communicate with customers regarding delivery updates, claims, and general support needs.
Utilize internal and external platforms (order/invoice portals, courier systems, logistics tools) to manage orders.
Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service teams, and external partners to support the order-to-delivery cycle.
Report on task progress, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues for a smooth service experience.
Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to Health & Safety and Quality Management
Any other tasks deemed by the Company to be necessary for the successful completion of the role.
