About the Role

A technically skilled and motivated Sales Support Engineer is sought to support business development efforts across specialized technical
product lines. This role is ideal for a recent Electrical Engineering graduate (or related discipline) looking to apply technical knowledge in a
dynamic, customer-oriented environment that blends support, internal collaboration, and commercial contribution.

Key Responsibilities

Assist business development efforts across designated product lines Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Production, Sales, and Engineering Provide technical assistance to customers, including product guidance, troubleshooting, and fault resolution Communicate technical details clearly to varied audiences Support both pre- and post-sales activities to drive customer satisfaction and contribute to commercial success

Candidate Profile

Required:

Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field Strong technical aptitude and ability to grasp complex products quickly Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proactive problem-solving mindset Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Desirable:

Previous experience in technical sales support or customer-facing engineering Interest or experience in aviation or related technical industries
