We're looking for a

Technical / Sales Support Engineer

to support our spares and service operations. This role blends technical expertise with customer-facing support, helping drive sales, ensure project success, and improve documentation quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer enquiries, prepare accurate quotes, and convert leads into sales Promote spare parts and technical services based on customer needs Provide technical support on part selection, installation, and servicing Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and service teams to ensure smooth delivery Maintain and improve technical documentation (manuals, catalogues, guides) Manage small service/parts projects, monitoring cost, scope, and timelines Identify sales opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives

What You'll Bring:

Degree in engineering or equivalent experience 3-5 years in project engineering, technical sales, or a similar role Strong technical knowledge and customer service mindset Experience with quotations, documentation, and project coordination Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
