The Role
This office-based role will see you at the heart of our sales process - managing enquiries, preparing creative, accurate quotations, purchasing, and ensuring every detail is captured before handing over to our operations team. You'll be the go-to for organising incoming work, ensuring quick turnaround times, and helping our team exceed their sales targets.
What You'll Do
Manage incoming enquiries (phone, email, website) - providing timely advice, booking appointments, and progressing opportunities through to quotation, follow-up, and order.
Prepare detailed specifications and costings, creative quotations (using PowerPoint and images), and accurate order/job sheets for the operations team.
Handle sourcing and purchasing of products and materials for confirmed orders.
Follow up on quotations, maintain organised sales records, and ensure quick turnaround on all client requests.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years' experience in administration, internal sales, or sales support.
Proven customer service experience, ideally in a B2B environment.
Experience with CRM systems such as Hubspot.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and working with images.
Ability to manage time effectively and work to tight deadlines.
Self-motivated and proactive with a "can-do" attitude.
Own transport
