The Sales Support Executive plays a vital role in supporting the Mortgage Sales department. This is a varied role covering administrative coordination, sales performance reporting, scheduling and general departmental support - all of which contribute to the smooth running and success of the sales team.

Role Responsibilities:
Assist with the collation, maintenance and reporting of sales performance data.
Support appointment booking and performance tracking to aid management decision making.
Maintain accurate internal documentation and digital records including probation and performance paperwork.
Help improve administrative processes and internal systems.
Liaise with IT regarding system access, group permissions and troubleshooting.
Oversee shift swaps, make up time and rota management for weekend cover.
Manage holiday approvals and HR file coordination for the sales floor.
Support ad hoc admin needs and provide general assistance across the department.
Conduct call listening audits to help improve sales performance.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office and IT systems.
Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities under pressure
A proactive and accountable approach to responsibilities.
Clear and professional communication skills.
Location:
The offices are based near Fareham, just off the M27 or a 10-minute walk from the nearest train station. Easily commutable from Portsmouth, Southampton, Havant, Cosham and surrounding areas. Close to local shops, amenities and a post office.
