We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to support the sales team with a wide range of administrative tasks. Key responsibilities will include understanding customer needs, communicating effectively with the wider Diamorph CPM organisation, and maintaining communications with customers and team members to support the delivery of excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Sales Administration
- supporting the administrative management of the full sales order process from quotation to delivery by working with each department to ensure efficient order management. Maintain data hygiene in ERP system to support business reporting and performance
Customer Servicing -
efficient and veracious handling of customer queries. Lead as point of contact for customers to ensure expedient resolution of customer requests. Communicate customer requests and queries effectively to the wider Diamorph CPM
Sales Support
- Assist Sales Managers with identification and processing of new business opportunities for new and existing customers. Organising customer meetings, presentation, and providing sales literature and samples to prospects and customers. Work closely with technical and planning departments in particular to ensure expedient processing of customer orders.
Process Improvements -
Identify, suggest, support implementation and training of new campaigns, systems and tools which enhance productivity.
Data & Reporting
- update and manage information systems to provide accurate data which supports strategic decision making within the organisation

Proven experience in a sales/ customer service role, and/or a suitable qualification
Experience of manufacturing companies is beneficial but not essential
Strong computer skills, with working experience of using the MS Office suite, with proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal. Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to team members and customers in a clear and concise manner
Good organisational skills and a strong work ethic.
Strong numerical skills with an ability to think analytically and to collect and use data to drive effective decision making
Attention to detail
