My client is a SME Lender who after launching into the UK market in 2023 are disrupting the space - They have an award-winning flexible credit line allowing SME business owners to take back control of their growth & control in their supplier relationships.



After a 50M funding round in Q1 & over 200% growth in their lending portfolio within Q2 - They are looking to build the commercial team.



My client has a brilliant reputation across Brokers - Around 95% of deals come from brokers having grown panel from 35-160 in last 12 months. It's been an outstanding start to the year - Increased lending by 140% in last 3 months through building strong relationships & educating brokers on the appetite.



Due to increase in demand, we are now looking for Sales Support Executive to support the deal flow & ensure streamlined route to lending. If you perform well then there is training & progression to start working on your own deals and progress into BDM.


Responsibilities and duties will include:




Qualify and progress leads from brokers, ensuring alignment with lending criteria Build and maintain deep and trusted relationships with brokers to become their go-to partner for funding Collaborate closely with credit, underwriting, and account management teams to move deals efficiently through the funnel Own and improve the broker sales funnel: identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and implement better processes Track and report on key sales metrics, broker performance, and deal pipeline status Deliver an excellent customer experience to brokers and their clients Support strategic sales initiatives and special projects as needed.

Essential Skills and Competencies




1-2 years of experience in sales, business development or partnerships is required, ideally in financial services, fintech, or B2B SaaS Strong interpersonal and communication skills - you can build trust and influence stakeholders Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Commercially minded with a focus on driving results Comfortable with data and using CRM tools to manage a sales pipeline Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
