About the role



We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Sales Support Executive to join Campaign's commercial team. This role is central to ensuring our sales team operates at peak efficiency by handling vital support tasks that underpin successful sales activity - from client communications and project coordination to system updates and lead management.


You'll work across multiple brands and functions, collaborating with internal teams to improve processes, streamline workflows and support smooth client delivery.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities



Coordinate with clients to chase advertising materials and send proofs Manage client communications including timelines, delivery updates, and follow-ups Research potential clients, contacts, and venues Support the creation of sales materials, insights, and data for meetings Assist in the sale of logo licenses and awards amplification via email Maintain sales documentation (contracts, NDAs, collateral libraries) Salesforce - Prepare and merge mailings, clean data and run reports Book logistics (e.g., client lunches, ) and support wider project delivery. Liaise with internal teams on contract negotiation and supplier on boarding processes Manage contra deal processes with internal stakeholders Attend client meetings and calls
Skills / Experience / Knowledge / Minimum Criteria:

About You



Highly organised and detail-oriented A confident communicator with both clients and internal teams Experienced in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) Comfortable managing multiple priorities and tight timelines Proactive and solutions-focused
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Skills & Experience



1-2 years in a sales support, admin, or commercial operations role (media or events experience a plus) Great attention to detail and time management A natural multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills - written and verbal
A solutions-oriented mindset with the initiative to drive efficiencies Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools is beneficial, though not essential
