The opportunity:
We are looking for an ambitious graduate or early-career professional to join LoanTube as a Sales Support & Operations Intern. This role sits within our SME lending function and offers exceptional exposure to the credit industry and the world of small business finance. You will gain hands-on experience supporting the broker sales team, engaging directly with lenders, and building relationships with funded clients, making this a fantastic opportunity to start a career in fintech and lending.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Operations
Assist the sales team with
lead management
, CRM updates, and progress tracking.
Maintain
KPI dashboards and performance reports
to track activity and results.
Support
lead generation, recruitment efforts, and marketing initiatives
(e.g. LinkedIn posts).
Act as the
face of LoanTube in lender interactions
, ensuring smooth and professional communication with funding partners.
Call clients briefly post-funding
and at key milestones to congratulate them, maintain goodwill, and position LoanTube as their ongoing financial partner.
Contribute to the
expansion and growth of the broker function
for business loans.
Take on
ad-hoc projects
aligned with business needs and priorities.
What We're Looking For
A recent graduate or student seeking hands-on experience in sales support and operations.
Strong communication skills and confidence in both written and verbal interactions.
Highly organised with attention to detail, with proficiency in Excel and spreadsheets for data maintenance and record-keeping.
Comfortable with digital tools/CRM systems.
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced fintech environment.
