The Role
As a Sales Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for B2B and B2C customers via phone, email, Livechat, and in person. You'll play a vital role in sales, order administration, lead management and logistics - delivering every customer interaction with empathy, precision, and professionalism. This is a hands-on position that calls for someone highly organised, proactive, and commercially aware. You'll help ensure every order and backorder is fulfilled promptly, while managing your sales pipeline and tracking performance to support Elite Wine Refrigeration's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for customer phone calls, providing friendly and informed support
Manage incoming sales leads, update tracking systems with sales values, and follow up proactively
Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy, professionalism, and commercial awareness
Accurately process orders and coordinate dispatches for Elite Wine and Dunavox GB clients
Keep on top of existing orders and backorders, ensuring goods are dispatched and delivered on time
Maintain communication with internal teams to streamline fulfilment, stock
replenishment and sales activity
Resolve customer issues with care and efficiency, ensuring satisfaction at every step
Maintain CRM records, monitor order progress, and assist with delivery scheduling
Create invoices, credit notes, and support the accounts team with payment coordination
Support aftersales service, logging service cases and updates with manufacturers and customers
Keep product data, manuals, and technical documentation up to date as needed
Conduct in-showroom product demonstrations as required
About You
Minimum 2 years' experience in office administration, sales or customer service
Exceptionally organised with keen attention to detail
Commercially aware with a proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude
Strong phone etiquette and excellent written communication skills
Confident in managing multiple tasks, maintaining accuracy under pressure
Naturally empathetic and customer-focused
Skilled in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms (Shopify experience ideal)
Self-motivated, positive, and eager to contribute to a growing business
Technically curious and committed to learning product features and service standards
