Sales Support Specialist

We are looking to bring onboard a Sales Support Specialist to our growing team to assist in giving our customers the best service in the industry.
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Process sales orders and enquiries onto the system
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure we provide the best service
Experience:
- Proven experience within Customer Service
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 26,000.00-27,000.00 per year
